13. Facebook
13.1. Facebook Fan Page

The Company is the Data Controller of your Personal Data collected while using the Service. As operator of the Facebook Fan Page [https://www.facebook.com/tymtractors.kr/], the Company and the operator of the social network Facebook are Joint Controllers.
13.2. Facebook Insights
The Company uses the Facebook Insights function in connection with the operation of the Facebook Fan Page and on the basis of the GDPR, in order to obtain anonymized statistical data about our users.
14. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Privacy
CCPA provides eligible California residents with specific rights with respect to our collection, retention, and use of Personal Data. 14.2. Exercising Your Rights under the CCPA
If you are a California resident, you can email or call us to exercise your rights under the CCPA.
Request to exercise your rights under the CCPA require verification of your identity, and may be made only by you, your parent or guardian (if you are under 18 years of age), a person to whom you have given power of attorney pursuant to California Probate Code sections 4000 to 4465, or an authorized agent that is registered with the California Secretary of State.
If a parent or guardian is submitting a request on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian must submit proof they are the parent or guardian of the subject consumer, and must verify the consumer’s identity.
Your verifiable consumer request must provide sufficient information that allows the Company to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom the Company collected Personal Data or that you are an authorized representative of such person.
The Company will not respond to your request or provide you with Personal Data if the Company cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Data relates to you.
14.3. Response Timing and Format
The Company will disclose and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days of receiving your verifiable request. The time period to provide the required information may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary and with prior notice.

The Service may contain links to other web sites that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company is not responsible for the privacy and security of these web sites. This Privacy Policy applies only to this Service.
16. Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Company may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. The Company will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
The Company will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on the Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
