How do I know when it is time to service my TYM machine?

Can I use synthetic oil for my TYM engine?

Yes, you can use synthetic oils on your TYM engine. Before you use these oils, however, we recommend consulting your dealer to ensure that they meet local environmental regulations and will not compromise the efficacy of your engine.

Where can I find information on my TYM warranty?

What are bumper-to-bumper and powertrain warranties?

A "bumper-to-bumper" warranty covers a TYM tractor in its entirety. On the other hand, the powertrain warranty covers the comprising components like gear axles and the engine’s mechanical parts. Please note that fuel pumps are not covered under a powertrain warranty. Visit our warranty page or contact your TYM dealer for information specific to your region. How can I finance a TYM machine?

We maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and government lending agencies to bring you the most flexible ways to finance your tractor. Our customers can choose to finance a machine directly with TYM or with local Dealers. Driven to meet your budget expectations and cash flow requirements, our dealers offer a range of competitive purchase options including 0% financing for up to 72 months and instant cash rebates. What is the warranty period like?

Warranty policy for products sold after July 1, 2022

1. Domestic products:

  • Type  / General parts (engine, transmission) / Peripheral parts / Emissions parts
  • Tractor / 5 years or 1,500 hours / 1 year or 500 hours / 5 years or 3,000 hours
  • Combine harvester / 2 years or 400 hours / 1 year or 200 hours / 5 years or 3,000 hours
  • Rice transplanter / 2 years or 1,000 hours / 1 year or 500 hours / N/A

 

2. Import products:

  • Type  / General parts (engine, transmission) / Peripheral parts / Emissions parts
    ISEKI tractor / 2 years or 1,000 hours / 1 year or 500 hours / 5 years or 3,000 hours
  • ISEKI combines/harvesters / 2 years or 400 hours / 1 year or 200 hours / 5 years of 3,000 hours
  • John Deere tractors / 2 years or 2,000 hours / 1 year or 1,500 hours / N/A
